By placing orders and making payment, you have read and accepted upon all the terms and conditions listed below.

UAE Lab Research Material will be used exclusively for scientific research purposes.

The chemicals/materials for sale here are SOLELY intended for Laboratory and research use only. Purposes NOT intended for products include, but not limited to: in vitro diagnostic, foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, commercial purposes, any general consumptive purpose, and animal and/or human use. Buyer covenants to use products are exclusively for research or industrial purposes and NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE.

Buyer acknowledges that the products have NOT been tested by supplier for safety and efficiency or efficacy in food, drug and medical device cosmetic commercial or any other use. Buyer represents and warrants to supplier that Buyer will properly test and use any products purchased from supplier and for materials produced with products purchased from supplier in accordance with the practices of any person who is not an expert in any appropriate scientific field of study and in strict compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations now and hereafter enacted.

Buyer further warrants to supplier that any material produced with products from supplier shall not be adulterated or misbranded.

Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from supplier.

Buyer agrees to comply with instructions by supplier relating to the use of the products and not violate the expressed prohibitive use of said products in any manner.

In no event shall UAE Lab Research or any of its directors, officers, agents or affiliates be liable for special incidental or consequential damages whether purchase claim in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. UAE Lab Research absorbs NO liability in the form of compensatory or damages. By continuing, by means of accepting subsequent and aforementioned conditions, you waive your right to litigation against UAE Lab Research. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold UAE Lab Research harmless from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any nature whatsoever arising out of purchasers handling and or use of any product sold here.

By agreeing to aforementioned and subsequent acknowledgement of remainder of said disclaimer, you are affirming that you are, the equivalent or of greater academic certification, a Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician.

UAE Lab Research will not produce or sell chemicals which are scheduled or controlled in the European Union, United Sates of America, Canada or any other country. Buyer has the responsibility for fully researching and complying with the state and federal regulations of their own country of residence.

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UAE Lab Research its present and future suppliers, agents, owners, shareholders and employees, as the case may be, for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action (on a solicitor-client basis) that UAE Lab Research may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence of contract or other claims or theories of law by himself, his officers, agents, or employees, his customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect in connection with the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any chemical or product or services provided. In addition, the buyer will adopt and use all necessary safety precautions and will abide by all local, state/province and government regulations in accordance with the use of any product or service provided by UAE Lab Research.

Legal Notice

All notices from UAE Lab Research to You may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to UAE Lab Research shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site.

Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to UAE Lab Research five (5) days after the date sent.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At this time, UAE Lab Research ships merchandise to locations all over the European Union and the United Kingdom in compliance with local law. We offer domestic and international shipping.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

UAE Lab Research will deliver orders by its own means or through a transport company designated by it.

Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, so UAE Lab Research does not assume any responsibility in the event that delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being incorrect, incomplete or when it cannot delivery is made in the absence of the addressee.

UAE Lab Research does not guarantee that order deliveries will be made at specific and specific hours. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date or, within it, shows a preference for a specific time slot, it will be understood that he does so for guidance. UAE Lab Researchmust communicate this circumstance to the carrier so that, as far as possible, it complies with this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility.

UAE Lab Research guarantees the delivery of orders within the indicated deadlines depending on the transport system, the destination chosen by the buyer and the time slot in which the order was placed. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no order pick-up or delivery service, a circumstance that will affect the calculation of delivery dates.

Delivery times vary depending on the different geographical area, and is dated from the date of the payment confirmation.

For the peninsula, a maximum period of 14 working days. – Holidays do not count as a delivery day.

For the rest, a delivery time of 7-10 working days.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Our shipping fee is €49.00 including VAT. It is a fixed rate, it does not vary due to factors such as order weight, number of products or others.

Sales Tax

UAE Lab Research charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable provincial sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
